YES

YES

Say yes. Often. Daily. Moment by moment. Instance by instance. At every opportunity that unfolds. At every chance of loving. Say YES to this amazing life you have created. To what appear to be the challenges. To what appear to be the wins. Say yes to the every day adventures that make it all so very worth it. Say yes to what feels good. Delicious. Full of pleasure. Say yes to pixie dust. To magic. To possibility. To the practical steps that make up the miracles. Say YES to the good stuff. Now.

Let go of the no. The resistance. The pushing back and complaining about what isn’t working. The Universe doesn’t know the difference. It just knows your gaze and the power that flows through you. So choose yes. Live yes. Say yes to your dream. To your desires. To the untold possibilities that dwell within you. Say YES! Every time a glimmer shows up, say yes. No matter how small. No matter how off the beaten path. Your job, is to say yes, thank you, more please! That’s the way. That’s the yes.

The Universe is waiting for you to say yes. To experience the doors that open with your yeses. To jump into the open portal that is formed with every single yes that you say.
The thing about YES is that it is more than a word. More than simply something that comes out of your mouth. It is an energy that flows through your whole being. One of allowing. Of Receiving. Of complete and utter embodiment of what it is you want.

When you say yes, the fears become smaller and fall away to your sides. They may be present but YES is more wild and daring than a fear could ever be. Your yes, the one you say over and over again, will be the thing that allows you to dissolve any blocks that stand in your way. That will let you over come the stumbles and the shouts of NO that may reside deep within in. Yes is what makes it all happen.

Yes is not for the faint of heart. Courage is required to say yes. As you don’t necessarily know how the process will develop when the deep, true YES is finally howled. Things may happen immediately, in a torrent of wonder. Or many habitual yeses may be required before the trickle lets itself be seen. Sometimes you are given the chance to clear out all the noes are standing in your way. The journey is uncertain, but there is no chance if you don’t begin. If you don’t say YES.

Find the yes. In this very moment. The one that beckons to you. That is connected to you to what you desire more. There is always one. Often more. Waiting to be recognized. Always an opportunity to live in accordance with that which enlivens you. Find that YES. Find the next one and the next one. Find them all. Say yes. Live yes. Be yes. YES.

Yes!!!!!  I'm saying Yes to everything today!  I'm saying YES to traffic, to the line at Target and to the dog who keeps interrupting me.  I'm saying YES to inspiration, playtime and another cup of coffee.  :)

this beautiful piece reminds me so much of a line from Elizabeth Barrett Browning "and her yes, once said to you, will be yes for ever more..."  so beautiful.  Thank you Jo Anna Rothman!  YES!!!

When my kids were young I tried to teach them to say yes more than no. I recently read Tina Fey's book, "Bossypants," which lists the rules of improv as rules for life.  "The first rule of improvisation is always agree and SAY YES."  I try to say yes and open up new possibilities to life, and afterwards with gratitude I say thank you! I journal what I am thankful for on my blog www.sharingthanks@blogspot.com. Say yes, and be thankful. I am always inspired by Kind over Matter and its wonderful contributors.
