A week ago, on my 25th birthday, I launched the Wild Sisterhood – a sacred online space for women to come together and find kindred spirits from all over the world – and it already feels like home.
When I was creating the Sisterhood, I was focussing so much on what it could give other women that I didn’t even think about the magic it would bring to me. It’s become my safe haven, my temple, and my oasis of positivity.
Knowing that I’ll always be able to go there and find only love, kindness and inspiration awaiting me brings tears to my eyes and warmth to my soul.

After so many years of feeling like I didn’t fit in anywhere, knowing I had truth, beauty and wisdom to share but no-one to listen, I’ve finally found my tribe. I’m home.
I could never have imagined a better birthday present than that.
My vision for our Wild Sisterhood is this:
To be your most sacred source of inspiration.
To create space for you to own your beauty, speak your truth, and follow your heart.
To spread a ripple effect of love and light around the world.
To come together and support the causes we believe in.
To empower women, in order to empower the world.
Because we all have stories to tell and lessons to teach. Because words can ignite the flames of the Universe. And a Sisterhood can change the world.

To celebrate the launch of our Wild Sisterhood, I’m giving away a year’s membership (valued at $69.95!) to one kind soul here!
Before I tell you how to enter, here’s a bit more about what you’ll get with a year’s membership:
Becoming a member of the Wild Sisterhood doesn’t just give you access to the community, forum, groups, and all-around wildness; it also acts as a subscription to Wild Sister Magazine, meaning all members will be able to download the newest issue from the Sisterhood store every single month!
This is the super exciting part; wild sisters can download the latest issue, talk about their favourite articles and Aha! Moments with other readers – and even talk to the women who wrote the articles! How beautiful is that?!
In a nutshell, the winner will receive:
* One year’s membership to the Wild Sisterhood.
* Every new issue of Wild Sister Magazine for 12 months.
* A discussion forum in which to connect with kindred spirits.
* Wild Clans to join, such as the 'Artist's Tree' to share your art, 'Wild Philanthropy', where you can work with other women to change the world, the 'Book Club' clan, the 'Career and Business' clan, and many more!
* Live chats with fellow wild sisters.
* The opportunity to connect with your favourite Wild Sister writers and discuss their articles.
* A Sisterhood of Wild women to learn from, create life-long friendships, find a penpal, or be a mentor.

Such a wild opportunity!! ;)
How do I want to change the world? Ahhh I think I've just begun my journey..
I'm trying to win a contest where I could get an extra $500 and I want to donate part of it to a local family in the Manila slums who scrounges the garbage just to survive and can't afford to send their child to school. I really want to help and this would just be the perfect kickstart for all the social entrepreneurship ideas I've got rolling around in my head! I want to create an e-newsletter or e-zine and donate 50% of what I make to the local community and do my own social outreach! I want to focus on sponsoring kids, helping them fund supplies and uniforms, etc and do an art workshop to guide their creativity for the next generation! There's sooo much I want to do. I feel crazy and I don't know if this will even work... But I've got to try!! <3
This summer I'm moving to a little house on a couple acres in a small, rural community. I'm going to do things that are scary to me--ask the 2-3 churches if I can garden there and share the flowers and produce with their congregations (I'm not religious), ask the schools how I could volunteer (I don't have kids), rent out the library conference room to have community movie nights (I don't know a single soul to invite yet!)...The grass is greener where you water it, and I'm going to change the world by creating community.
I'd like to change the world by changing their view on child abuse. Having endured 16 years of torturous abuse, I'd like people to know first hand the damages it causes. To let them know a simple I love you doesn't erase the emotional & physical pains. That even IF the child survives the physical it remains with them forever. Adults who abuse children, change who that child was to become. I often pray that this world would open it's eyes to the suffering of the wee ones. Without someone standing up & saying STOP! This kind of abuse will continue & our innocent children with be forever harmed. Too many die at the hands of someone who claims they love them. Too many arms ache to have such a blessing in their life, only to constantly hear of another wee one gone too soon because of abuse. This is my life-long dream to be a voice for those who haven't one. I'm not sorry this is a downer of a comment. I really feel this is how I want to change the world.

Lovely giveaway! I have often felt I did not fit in as well, so it would be nice to have a group of like mindeds!
I would like to change the world by teaching and inspiring others to live from a truer part of their souls, while at the same time being a great example of what that looks like for me. To empower woman and girls to live a life of Inspiration, creativity and authenticity!
Oooh, yes! I love Wild Sister. The Sisterhood must be fantastic!
Right now, the truth I have about how I can change the world is by starting within myself. By living authentically and from my truest self, I can change the energy around me and, hopefully, inspire others. I'd love to know what's beyond this, but right now this is what I know!
I believe that changing the world starts with being a voice for those who can't speak for themselves. I'm talking about the thousands of animals sitting in shelters right now, waiting for forever homes that might never come. Did you know the Pit Bull is the most euthanized dog in the US? This is because there are SOOOOO many of them, and because the media has perpetuated inaccurate myths about them, people believe Pit Bulls aren't suitable family pets - but they are! They are WONDERFUL with children!
So... I'm changing the world by being an advocate for Pit Bulls. I volunteer at my local humane society, and I also work with a local Pit Bull rescue as an adoption coordinator {I'm just getting started in this position! So exciting!Purple Panda
. I also write a blog, in addition to my main blog, about Pit Bulls and what amazing animals they are! I'm changing the world one dog at a time!

Thank you for this opportunity!
first, I've begun my own journey of transformation by taking steps to live as sustainably and authentically as I can. By sustainable I don't just mean ecologically and environmetally viable - I also mean living a sustainable emotional, physical and spiritual life. We are part of nature too! I've been caught in behaviors that my energy could not sustain or that were damaging in some way.
Second, I'd like to share my journey with others to let them know they are not alone in their efforts.
Third, as a writer, I would like to someday create and facilitate writing workshops for people who might not otherwise have access to that kind of thing. I have met people who are inspired and creative that don't have the means to go to workshops. I've volunteered with homeless women, emergency rooms where the poorest of the poor come for medical help, and hospice. It's been an honor to be present for others in these situations, and I have recieved so much in return. So many talented people among them all, so many people needing an outlet for their experiences.
Again, thank you for this opportunity. It's what my heart has been longing for.
Thank you so much for the opportunity! I want to change the world by focusing on my small business, growing it and gaining more success...building into it a way of giving back...because I know that I cannot be so fortunate to be blessed by a small business which allows financial blessings to my family as well as allowing me to work so close to them and then not in turn pay those blessings forward. We have to pay it forward...it comes full circle. I also dream of inspiring others to follow their dreams, work hard for their dreams, to wildly succeed and pay it forward. This all can make the world a better place!

I want to change the world by living in Love and radiating Love in all I do.I start with myself then my home and family.Hopefully Living in Love will radiate beyond my home to my community and more !
I want to change the world through teaching and mentoring kids. I'm a first year teacher and I absolutely love my work. I'm prove legend to spend the day with such young minds eager to learn!
I am working to change the world by helping other women see their own divine worth and light. I know that when we're all shining from our inner source of power, that the world will be brighter and better. And we'll each be happy and healthy.
I want to change the world by ensuring that my four kids step-kids grow up to be mature, respectful, intelligent, morally sound individuals who think outside the box and march to the beat of their own drum. By ensuring my kids know that only they can make themself happy, they can do anything they set their mind to and they are unique and special - they will one day pass that on to their kids and break the cycle of negativity they have grown up with in their younger life. And they in turn, will empower their children one day in the same way.
What a concept. My concept to change the world is simple to me. I want to live my life with dignity and grace. I want to remain teachable all my life.I hope to remember each person deserves to be treated as a Gift from God.
Good luck with your new adventure in life.

How do I want to change the world? Big question with so many answers. First I want to make sure I raise my children to be aware of the fact that world is what they make of it. They may not be able to change other people's views and attitudes but they can change their own and use it for good in this troublesome world. I want to show others that they can find peace within themselves and that when they share that peace it will lighten up the world around them. Kindness and karma walk hand and hand. I have a healing energy within me that I want to share. (I'm a nurse and working toward my dream of being a therapist). I have spent my life taking care of others and want to learn to take care of myself as well. After my father passed three years ago I watched my mom slowly fade away. She was in a tragic car accident two years ago in which they only gave her 24 hours to live. I gave up my life...job, house, and all to take care of her. Today she is back at 90% and sharing her spirit of miracles. I feel this opened my soul in wanting to help others learn to never give up or give in to negativity or ideas that they cannot do something. This is just a shortened version of what I plan on doing in my future...sorry I turn into chatty Kathy when I open my mouth :)
I want to change to world by leaving everyone I come in contact with a smile. It is my goal leave this place feeling like I left kindness and love in my wake. What a great giveaway! Thanks for the chance!

I want to change the world by helping people get themselves back. Reconnecting with the self is vital for those with creative souls! Thanks for all your gifts, and good luck everyone!
i want to change the world with living a life that is authentic...being the most real me and sharing all the wonderful gifts i have been given!
I want to change the world by being a good example. I have so much to be grateful for and I want to live such that others will see that they just have to reach out and stay engaged with life to feel fulfilled and joyous. I look forward every day to opening up to my creative self with my writing. It takes me to new worlds. WIth my words and stories I help others live their best lives, knowing that they are not alone.
that's a lot of wisdom for one so young. I've already changed my world, which in turn changed others, gave them encouragement to change theirs. I continue to encourage others to follow their passion & believe they're good enough & deserving of a good life. The best part was seeing how my children have changed theirs & how they now encourage people to change theirs & believe in themselves. It's a wonderful circle of love that never stops giving.
I want to change the world in a couple of ways. First, to help people who are struggling with things like anxiety and depression by providing guidance and insight. I'm in the process of creating a website right now as my first step. I know how it feels to be going through those emotions and I would have greatly benefited if I knew why I was experiencing those things.
Secondly, I want to continue to participate in clean ups and other environmental projects to help wildlife and educate people about nature.
I feel like wild sisterhood membership would help me further empower and brighten my light so I can in turn bring it to the world.
Thank you,
Kristie Ryan
I am passionate about changing the world consciously by helping people to live an empowered life in all stages: from birth, throughout life and beyond death by creating and strengthening connection, awareness and conscious choice. So much of life is disconnected and I want to bring back community and connection and awaken people into their highest possibilities.
I love to help women through birth as it is such a pivotal time to not only connect and build bonds with the incoming child but it is such a wonderful time to reconnect with self: body, mind and spirit. It is such an amazing time to explore, empower and to create and bring out all the potentials for one of the most sacred and special experiences. Through my Adoula, Doula & HypnoBirthing work, I love to teach and give each women the tools they can use not only throughout birth but throughout all of life to connect, transform and empower.
Life is all about learning, growing and developing and I love to help people awaken their possibilities, to really consciously choose every day what it is they want to experience and transform their focus from what they don’t want to what they do want. In working with clients and life issues, I have found how transforming and empowering Hypnosis / Meditation can be. The power in it lies in the fact that all Hypnosis / Meditation is SELF-hypnosis / Meditation. The power is in each individual which is the most important because all change, all transformation, all understanding and all growth ultimately comes from within each of us.
I also love to empower those through death by being a constant guide and friend, alleviating fear, and transporting them to their desired destination. Death is not something that is readily talked about. It is my goal to change that, to embrace the beauty and possibilities, and to connect and transform even throughout our ultimate journey.
Having someone to help you bring out the highest possibilities in your life and your experiences is my passion. I work one on one with individuals or individually with couples looking for an empowered experience. I hope that through awareness, connection, and conscious choice we can change the world by empowering each and every person.

First, thank you for the opportunity and dreaming big enough to make it possible!!
Wow, so many good answers, and ways to answer this question, overwhelming almost. I guess to sum it up, my wish would be to connect with other human beings and share unconditionally and without judgement, to care endlessly, to inspire and be inspired.
I want to chance the world by helping others realize their true potential. We are all stronger than we have ever dreamed.
I obviously mean change*
So many times in my life I have thought "If I was in charge, I'd change THIS, and the world would be a better place".
This past year, was filled with more pain than I've ever known (and with my past, that saying a lot). However, what I learned is this.....
I don't want to change ANYTHING....what I see as injustice is only single sighted. Sometimes, what we endure is unexplainably crule, yet the fact we can endure it is our miracle in the mirror. It is also what is driving us to "find" sisterhood and community. The "crap" may actually be the catalyst that brings the most beautiful changes yet.
i want to make it ok for women to say "i want more out of this life". (and i want to figure out how to make rice krispie treats. i know! somehow i manage to screw them up every single time.) but really help women (especially midlife/post babies/empty nesters/loss of partner) find light and soul in a busy full life through creativity. though making rice krispie treats would totally change the world :)
I want to change world by changing ME, for that would shine out to the world. By me being genuinely, authentically ME and letting everyone else be that. By being a light in the world, Linda MG
I want to change the world by promoting connection, community and circles of women. I cannot shake the feeling that individually we think we are traveling alone, we struggle alone. We have no idea of how connected we are, what we share in common.
I want to change the world by encouraging people to realise their bliss. So many of us sleepwalk through life, allowing overwhelm to consume us. All it takes to change this is a dash of mindfulness, and the awareness that we are all capable of living exuberant, passionate joyful lives. It's all about mindset.
If I enable people to have that realisation and walk around with a knowing smile, I'll have achieved something magnificent.
Thank you for this opportunity! :)
Such an enormous question! I believe I have already helped change the world by raising an outstanding and beautiful daughter who is now helping others. I am also a teacher helping guide children from five to twelve years old every day. I want to continue to help affect change in the world by teaching children and families in isolated areas where endless possibilities seem a distant dream.
I want to change the world by being myself.
I want to raise my daughter to have compassion and an open heart. Right now I think that's my best focus- oh, and complete my degree to become a therapist.

I want to change it by teaching women to be comfortable with their bodies through yoga.
That is exactly what I want to do :)
