The Way of The Elements
When The Goddess of Fire speaks, those who can hear, listen.
And she is speaking. Loudly. In the sudden fire ignited in us. The desires that burn. The flames that propel the creation of nothing less that the true expression of our souls. We move forward into the making of what we previously thought was simply a dream.
The Goddess of Fire illuminates the shadows. Calls forth the pain, doubt, misinformed beliefs, to be consumed in the omnipresent combustion of who she is. The process, for those living the experience with only one toe in, will sting. The more present you are to her whispers, the more graceful the experience is. It is worth the shock, for the reward of the fiery love is tremendous clarity, creativity and freedom.
And yet, she does not linger. The fire consumes itself and the goddess slinks off to rest. Your fiery notions slide to a halt as smoke clouds your views of the future.
The Goddess of Water then rises up to meet us all.
She begins with a pool. A space to clarify. To explore. This is where we get to see if what our actions have brought us is fruitful. We can look through her depths and know what is that we truly want. What it is we are willing to let float away.
Movement with the water goddess begins with a ripple. A trickle. The drop the pours out and spills into a river. Carving out new pathways for us to explore. The debris is being carried along. It may feel like chaos in the midst, but one day we look around and see that we are open, swimming in the grand ocean of delight. Of creativity. Of the wild mystery of it all.
The waves bring excitement. Bring opportunities. Bring the power of awe, of love, of divine creations right to our door step. The ride can be uneven, as we come to appreciate the ebb and flow of the goddess’s essence. In doing so, we can allow ourselves to be carried by the process of our own design.
And yet, she does not linger. We are washed ashore by her currents. We arrive, our being wobbly as we prepare to meet the land.
The Goddess of earth prepares the feast.
We rest, nestled in warmth. We are fed by the bounty of who she is. The Goddess of the Earth appreciates us as we are. Many struggle with this. Wanting the quickness of creation. Feeling the need for newness. She does not care for this. She does as she does. Lovingly. Methodically. She does as she does. And we do too.
It is with the goddess of the earth that we explore the depth of who we are. It is here, that we develop the experience of mastery. Yes, things are slower. Denser. And in that speed, we have the opportunity to notice all that we are. All that we do. To live in the plateau until we choose to transcend. Mountains are traversed, all the while we learn exactly what is needed. We stand at her pinnacle, knowing how the walk is walked. The view, the perspective is all that it is promised to be. And more
And yet, she does not linger. The top of the world is where the air is thin. We feel the breeze calling. Inviting.
The Goddess of the Wind is here to carry us away.
The lightness that is present is undeniable. Unbelievable, if it weren’t happening to you. Anything and everything is possible in your experience, as you are being transported from idea to idea, popping into your experience without thought. Without the need to figure.
Creation is not necessary, as matter weighs us down. The Goddess of the wind provides us with the map. The possibility. The desire for the journey. Life will just get caught in her tornado. That which is not part of us will be blown away. She is kind when she can be, yet knows the need for destruction. Attachment is the first to get caught in her gusts. She brings to us what is amazing. What is right. And what is so perfectly ours.
And yet, she does not linger. The wind, warm and wild, brings the sparks. The notions within us are ripe for desire creation.
So the Goddess of fire begins to speak once again.
