Where I am: In my kitchen, having just finished a journal entry which helped me work through an embarrassingly cringe-worthy moment which took place yesterday. A moment in which I spoke out of turn and made an incredible gaffe. Where I am right now is working to forgive myself for that mistake so I can move past it, having learned the important lesson of speaking mindfully. Journaling always helps. I've worked towards forgiving myself. My next step is to "practice my practice": learn from my mistake and try very, very hard to not do it again.
