Shhhh, listen. Listen to me.
Things are tricky right now, maybe you feel overwhelmed by life or with everything that's going on in the world right now, maybe you're having a fight with a friend, trouble with your partner, your job is making you crazy. It could be anything or everything, but it's making your heart ache. You're scared. You're tired.
Listen : It will be ok. It will get easier.
Every day is a chance to start over, it's brand new. You have 24 whole hours, do something amazing with it.
Smile, breathe deep. Close your eyes, stretch. Look out the window, enjoy the sun or the rain or the clouds. Trust that you will do all you can, the Universe or Creator or the Divine will give you no more than you can handle. You really can handle a lot, you are strong, vital, able, capable, even if it doesn't feel like that right now. You are so strong. Trust in that.
It will be ok.
