Feel Good Nouns: Twirling

Twirl, originally uploaded by IDoPerceive.

Question: When was the last time you twirled?

if you can't remember, stop whatever you're doing & twirl! if you're at work, twirl your chair around! if you're at home, go outside & twirl around until you're so dizzy you fall down! grab someone & have them do this with you!

be silly & laugh & look up at the sky when you're going 'round-and-'round.

life is beautiful.

I twirl my chair at work all the time. My desk is in a "c" shape, so whenever I need something behind me I am able to twirl. It makes the day a little more relaxed and enjoyable!

I twirl with my daughters and baby boy on a regular basis. How can you not when you have young kids?

Thanks for cheering me up!

I go to the park all the time with my girls, do twirls and cartwheels. It's so relaxing and fun.

I just twirled on the beach last night with my daughter. She had this giggly laugh that made me want to twirl forever.

I love to twirl and also get the chance while playing with the grandchildren!

There is a whole religion stemming from Rumi that incorporates twirling. Have you heard of the twirling Dervish? Check them out on you tube if you are curious. They take twirling to a spiritual plane. It's pretty cool!
