Ha! I took these shots to illustrate what I decided to do instead of having a work out routine. I decided to give myself recess. I am closer to 40 than 30 now and my neighbors think I am a nutter. I have a weighted hula hoop, a jump rope with those plastic beads on it (because the sound of them hitting the ground is half the fun) I go swimming at the public pool a few blocks from my house, and I always have bunches of sidewalk chalk. Hopscotch is always fun. ;-)
